Shipping Process

Shipment shall be made upon completion of all manufacturing process.

It usually takes no more than 21 days for Standard Shipping, 7 to 14 Business days for Priority Shipping,

4 to 7 Business days for Express Shipping on customized orders.

Store pickup  is available when you make your orders online and Express pickup is also available

All production times are estimated times of completion & are NOT guaranteed delivery dates.

Except Priority Shipping and Express Shipping.


Delivery time does not include Shipping Time. During rush season, please place an order 3 to 4 weeks ahead of your due date.

We can not deliver to P.O. Box: a street address is required.

You can shipment method from Standard, Priority (Blue Rate) or Express (Red Rate).

Additional Shipping Charge

Some of our larger or heavier items (for example: paddles, plaques, etc.) will require additional shipping charges. We will let you know if additional shipping charges will need to be applied to your order.
