issue refunds
If
merchandise is defected , mistake in spelling, color,
placement, etc. we will make every effort to fix the error promptly.
Customers should carefully check their shopping cart to make sure they have ordered correctly.
Charges may incurred to fix customer's mistakes.
No personal checks are accepted. Money
orders must be in US$ and made payable to Adgreek or Anndun Corp.
Orders are processed on a first-in, first-out basis.
An order is not complete until all items are finished. Individual pieces of
an order will not be shipped, nor picked up until the entire order is complete,
unless prior arrangements have been made.
Due to circumstances beyond our control and color variances of materials, we can not guarantee
continuity of exact shade, color, size,texture or construction of finished goods.

those who wish to pick up theirs at the store (Merchandise and/or deposits may

start the orders Right away) .But if we start your order already, You can
not change at
all. Please!!!! Please!!!! check your orders one more time
before you finish your orders . But if
you want to change something, You'll be charged $5.00 service for each Charge.

.We will not accept any changes unless you use this
e-mail address. we will not take them over the phone. We are not
responsible for lettering requests made by phone.
