Started in 1985, Kim’s Sports Wear was limited to simple stitching and heat press letters. At that time they had only one machine and could only embroider a set of hand cut letters at a time. Never exposed to the Greek society Kim’s Sports Wear was unaware about the possible prospects of furthering their business, until asked by a sister of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. That sister had introduced the idea of making personally designed apparel to Kim’s Sports Wear as well as the whole Greek community.  
With such a humble start Kim’s Sports Wear had changed their name to what many are familiar with today, ADGreek. Moving from Jamaica to Union Turnpike, ADGreek continues to grow with more designs and new abilities that enable the realization of the imagination. The sister who first brought the idea to the Kim's attention remains a faithful customer to this day as do many other members of the Greek community.
